Photo NorthEast CGI demo

by clint on March 27, 2012

I always love the expressions in the audience when I do a live demonstration of CGI. For the record, I consider CGI just another tool in the Imagraphers tool box. It is only a solution to some image ideas and not all image ideas. Using my very trusted Canon 1Ds MK3 and a Precision360 Absolute spherical head, I can drop a very cool set of wheels on the stage next to me. More about this workflow in later posts.

Many thanks to the photographers of New York and New Jersey for hosting such a fun event…and of course the Canon Explorers of Light program for their support and sponsorship.

PhotoNorthEast

by clint on March 16, 2012

Part of March Madness is the PhotoNorthEast conference coming up on March 24th. This should be a very interesting opportunity to look beyond the gadgets and start a conversation about what is new, explore market forces within the industry, and of course look behind some of the campaigns that I have created. For a few hours beginning at 8pm, I will move the slider from my body of work to where I see the industry evolving, and how to create a “barrier to entry”….hope to see you there. This is going to be fun…
